Dear Friend,

As I look at the reports coming across my desk this month from Ethiopia, Kenya, and beyond, one thing is vibrantly clear: God is moving because you are kneeling.

In the story of New Covenant Missions, we provide the boots on the ground, and your prayers provide the breakthrough. This February, our African leaders are facing new territory—some literal, some spiritual—and they’ve asked me to relay a specific message to you: “Don’t stop now.”

Inside this month's Day Of Prayer guide, you’ll find the "Praise Reports" that your past generosity made possible, alongside the "Frontline Requests" that need your intercession today.

Africa is calling for the Gospel, and I am so grateful you’ve answered that call with us. Your faithfulness means the world and eternity to souls all across the globe.

Note: There are someurgent prayer requestsbelow as well assecurity sensitive nationsneeds. We appreciate your immediate attention and care in these areas.

SUB- SAHARA AFRICA

UGANDA

  • 47 Million People

  • 1.2 Million Unreached

Unreached People to Pray for: MeningKaramojong
Special Prayer Request from the Field:

  • We praise God for the President's visit to the Mening work in Uganda.

  • Pray for food to be provided to the Mening and Karamojong people groups. Children and women are busy looking for rats to eat as their daily food.

  • Also, pray for shade or coverings for our churches. During the rainy season, there will be no church services in most areas, where churches gather and pray under trees. This is a great need for our uncovered churches.

  • Pray for the Acholi people to be receptive and open to the Gospel and receive Christ.

ZAMBIA

  • 19 Million People

  • 100,000 Unreached

  • 25% Evangelical

Unreached People Group Prayer Focus:Tambo,Central Swahili,Yao
Special Prayer Request from Field Office:

  • Lift up Zambia as they are in a horrible drought. 80 percent of electricity in Zambia comes for water and because of the drought the largest dam has no water to create electricity.

  • Pray as we minister to the Tambo, Central Swahili, and Yao people. Pray as they continue to recover from the drought.

  • Pray for encouragement, faithfulness, protection and fruit for the volunteers, National Coordinators and church planters.  A note from the field: "This month, we faced challenges such as limited resources, opposition from some people, and discouragement along the way. At times, the work felt difficult and slow. We are overcoming these obstacles through prayer, unity, and trusting God. With faith, perseverance, and support from one another, we continue moving forward in the work of the Lord."

  • Praises for new believers! "My family lost our house, crops, and livestock in the Tambo flood. By God’s grace, we survived, which led me to accept Christ after the Reverend preached to me. My faith grows through weekly Bible studies, and I thank God for the support from my church brothers and sisters during our loss. Their love encourages my family." - from a new believer.

Your prayers open the way for the Gospel, and your generosity helps new believers and churches take root and flourish. Give today to bring hope to those who have not yet heard.
