The fulfillment of the Great Commission depends on church planting. Jesus told us to disciple, baptize, and teach (Matthew 28:19-20).
Those three things are done in the context of the local church. A very important skill that a Church Planter needs to learn in order to plant a church is discipleship!
In partnership with Every Home for Christ International, our Executive Director was trained to be a trainer of the Be Fruitful and Multiply discovery discipleship process also known as BFAM.
We were blessed to be able to get the entire book of 52 Discipleship Lessons translated into the Ethiopian national language of Amharic as well as the national language of Kenya, Swahili. We are currently working to get it translated into other local languages as well!
What is BFAM?
BFAM (Be Fruitful and Multiply) is a discipleship model and curriculum for studying the stories of the Bible.
BFAM transcends boundaries of language, literacy, and culture.
BFAM is used around the world to disciple people of every tribe and tongue into a fruitful relationship with Jesus Christ.
The discipleship program is designed to be effective among oral learning cultures and has had tremendous success all throughout Africa!

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
